STR-F6 Case for Zoom F6

Made in the USA, the STR-F6 Field Case from STRUT is an audio bag custom-designed for the Zoom F6 multitrack recorder. Featuring durable, waterproof 1000-D Cordura fabric and padded compartments, it provides full access to the unit's controls and connections while protecting the electronics from weather, dust, and impact when working on location.

The STR-F6 offers a padded main compartment for the recorder and a front pocket that is useful for both RX and FX work. In RX mode the lid rolls back out of the way of antennae and giving a clear view of read outs. It can holds up to four Sennheiser G4 or similarly sized receivers in elastic slots; a thru-port makes cabling fast, easy, and tidy. For FX work, deploy lid to cover accessories such as AC adapter, cables, batteries, or a handheld mic.

The main compartment has a clear vinyl lid that protects the main compartment from dust and rain and conveniently rolls out of the way when not needed.

Battery changes are made easy with the bottom door, which gives access to the recorder's battery compartment and media. The bottom battery wrap will accommodate an external battery pack such as NP1, USB-C power bank, and fits an NP-F970 sized battery in the main slot. The case features double belt loops and four harness attachment points; the HAR-2 lightweight audio chest harness is included with purchase.

Bottom door is a two piece wrap for versatility.

For USB battery banks, wrap directly to the bottom here. Attach adhesive back loop velcro (provided) to the center of the battery bank such that it will marry to the velcro “hook” sewn to the center of the flap. This keeps the battery bank (or NP-1) from migrating left or right.

Right Side Cable Boot.

Left and right cable boots with zipper and hook-and-loop fastener protect connections and give easy access to XLR cables or headphone adjustments, sealing out dust and moisture.
Flip Top lets you roll the boot out of the way when not needed.
Boot Zipper left and right gives quiet access to “ins and outs”.
