Warrantee: Our products are warranted for two years from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. On inspection, if we determine that such defect has occurred we will repair or replace the product at our expense.
Orders: We sell our product through dealers and recommend that you will be best served through them. Call us for dealer information in your area. There may be times when you do not have a dealer in your area or would rather do business directly with Strut. In those cases we sell at list price plus shipping FOB Arlington, Vermont. For your convenience we accept payments via Pay Pal, check or money order as a valid form of payment.

Orders will be fulfilled as soon as funds are verified. Checks printed with a P.O. Box address will be held approx. 3 weeks to verify funds unless a complete address and phone number are provided on the order form. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited from your account.
Availability: We work very hard to provide you with unique, inspired, high quality products. Products are often made to order and may require particular production lead times. Please call if timing is crucial and we will give you our best delivery estimate. If you have any questions or concerns about the availability of product on this site, please contact us.
Custom Orders: In the event that your order needs custom work for completion, your order can only be serviced by Strut directly. Such orders will be paid in advance and are not returnable or refundable.
